A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Co-ordinator to join our established team, within the Head Office team at Unity Care Solutions in Goudhurst, Kent.

Unity Care Solutions provide round-the-clock care packages to support people including children, young people and adults who have long term health conditions to live in the comfort and safety of their own homes.

You will have confident communication skills, high attention to detail, accuracy, be passionate about accounts/finance, hardworking, willingness to learn, keen to further develop your knowledge & skill set and experience as a Finance Assistant or similar.

This is a new part time role working 24 hours per week (days and times to be agreed- this could be 3 x 8 hour days or if an applicant comes through that wants to fit between school hours working more days per week such as 4 x 6 hour days then this would also be considered)

Duties will include:

  • Managing Sales Ledger.
  • Dealing with queries over the phone and via email.
  • Supporting with all aspects of credit control.
  • Processing invoices.
  • Providing administrative support to the Finance Manager.
  • Reconciling supplier statements.
  • Maintaining and updating database and invoice files.
  • Liaising with internal staff as well as external customers.

Salary will be £16,224 plus quarterly bonus (OTE £17,521.92) and other benefits including:
