Salary: Based on 40 hours per week £54,080 per annum.
Shifts: Shifts will be varied depending on the needs of our clients. We require all applicants to be fully flexible

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Kent, providing essential day and night care for clients with complex healthcare needs. In this role, you will help fill scheduling gaps, cover staff absences, and support new care contracts across multiple care packages. Your work will take place in various settings, including client homes, schools, and the wider community.
The ideal candidate must be flexible and able to work across different care packages, covering holiday and sickness absences. Proficiency in tracheostomy care, ventilator management, seizure management, and enteral feeding is essential. Experience working with children and young people with complex health needs is also required. This position includes a mix of day and night shifts, including some weekends.
Essential Experience:
- 1 years experience post qualifying.
- 1 years working with children
- Tracheal tube management
- Ventilator experience
- Enteral feeding experience
- Epilepsy and seizure management
