About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our core clinical team on a 30 hour per week contract, supporting clients with complex care needs across the community. This is a dynamic, engaging role with regular phone-based interaction and the opportunity to build strong client relationships.
Key Skills:
- Ventilation care
- Tracheostomy management (suction, oxygen)
- Enteral feeding
- Epilepsy and seizure management
Fully funded specialist training provided.
A full driving licence with access to your own vehicle is essential.
Unity Care Solutions provides complex clinical healthcare services to children and vulnerable adults within the comfort of their own homes.
You will work with a small number of our clients to provide dedicated and professional healthcare services.

- Hold a full driving licence with access to your own vehicle
- Be able to commit to the minimum availability of shifts
