About The Role
We are looking for Healthcare Assistants to join our team supporting an 10-year-old female with complex healthcare needs in the family home.
This social client requires night time care to ensure her complex needs are monitored and safely supported. She has epilepsy, a chronic lung disease, and requires a tracheostomy and ventilation, as well as enteral feeding and medication via a gastrostomy. The client requires full support with mobility and personal care.
Successful applicants will have patience, confidence, and calmness in delivering high quality care, as well as a playful sense of humour.
Available shifts include:
- Week day night shifts 21:00 – 07:30
- Some weekend night shift availability
You will ideally be able to commit to a minimum of 1 shift per week, and will have the opportunity to meet and work alongside other clients supported by the company.
About The Role
Unity Care Solutions provides complex clinical healthcare services to children and vulnerable adults within the comfort of their own homes.
You will work with a small number of our clients to provide dedicated and professional healthcare services.
Regular shifts of various lengths are available across the company Monday to Sunday, up to 12 hours in duration. You will be required to commit to regular work to support our clients to access consistent and high-quality care.

The client would particularly like to meet people who:
- Likes kittens!
- Have at least one year’s experience of complex care, including individuals with similar a tracheostomy and/or seizure management
- Can communicate with non-verbal clients
- Are female
To be successful, you will:
- Have a minimum of 1 years’ experience of paediatric care
- Be able to commit to the minimum availability of shifts
- Hold the right to work in the UK. Please note that we are unable to offer VISA sponsorship.
