About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse, with active NMC Registration to support a 12 year old female with a neurodegenerative disorder causing respiratory failure and issues with mobility, speech and swallow.
You will be escorting her to and from school in her own vehicle with the support of a HCA and getting her settled into school.
She is very active in her local community and enjoys days out, sensory play and socialising.
The client would particularly like to meet people who:
· Like dogs!
· Are experienced with clinical skills including experience in Airway management, Gastrostomies and ideally suprapubic catheters.
· Ideally a driver but not essential.
Available shifts include:
8am – 6pm with a break between 12 – 2pm
You will be able to commit to every Wednesday and adhoc shifts as needed. You will also have the opportunity to meet and work along side other clients supported by the company.
About The Role
Unity Care Solutions provides complex clinical healthcare services to children and vulnerable adults within the comfort of their own homes.
You will work with a small number of our clients to provide dedicated and professional healthcare services.
Regular shifts of various lengths are available across the company Monday to Sunday, up to 12 hours in duration. You will be required to commit to regular work to support our clients to access consistent and high-quality care.

To be successful, you will:
· Have a minimum of one year’s post-qualification experience of community care & nursing
· Hold active registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council
· Be able to commit to the minimum availability of shifts
· Hold the right to work in the UK. Please note that we are unable to offer VISA sponsorship.
