About The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Night Healthcare Assistant to join a care team supporting a young person with complex medical needs, including an acquired brain injury, seizures, and a heart condition. A driver is essential due to the rural location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal care (client is doubly incontinent)
- Moving and handling (hoist use)
- Administering medications and rescue meds
- Nebuliser and oral suctioning
- PEG feeding
- Suprapubic catheterisation
- Social interaction and emotional support
Unity Care Solutions provides complex clinical healthcare services to children and vulnerable adults within the comfort of their own homes.
You will work with a small number of our clients to provide dedicated and professional healthcare services.
Available shifts include:
- Monday to Sunday
- Nights: 22:00 – 07:00

To be successful, you will:
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in care
- Ideally experience with PEG feeding and seizure management
- Confident, engaging, and able to work well in a family home setting
- Hold a full driving licence with access to your own vehicle
- Be able to commit to the minimum availability of shifts
- Hold the right to work in the UK. Please note that we are unable to offer VISA sponsorship.
