About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and confident Registered Nurse (RGN or RCN) to provide 24/7, 2:1 nursing care for a paediatric client with complex medical conditions including epilepsy, dystonia, respiratory difficulties requiring oxygen and deep suctioning, and gastrostomy feeding. The client is non-verbal, non-mobile, but highly engaging and enjoys sensory activities such as arts and crafts.
The nurse will work closely with a healthcare assistant in a warm, family home environment with young siblings and a pet cat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical assessment and intervention in a fast-changing environment
- Administering medications and emergency seizure management
- Airway and respiratory support (deep suctioning)
- Feeding and medication via gastrostomy
- Collaborative care alongside carers and family members
- Supporting sensory interaction and daily routines
Unity Care Solutions provides complex clinical healthcare services to children and vulnerable adults within the comfort of their own homes.
You will work with a small number of our clients to provide dedicated and professional healthcare services. You will ideally have experience of working within community care.

To be successful, you will:
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC PIN (RGN or RCN)
- Minimum 1-year post-registration experience
- Experience in paediatric and complex care
- Strong communication, team-working, and critical thinking skills
- Confident in responding to medical deterioration
- Hold active and unrestricted registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council
- Be able to commit to the minimum availability of shifts
- Hold the right to work in the UK. Please note that we are unable to offer VISA sponsorship.
