About The Role
We are looking to expand our team to support a client with complex care needs resulting from birth-related trauma. The client can communicate verbally but may have some clarity limitations due to cerebral palsy and also has Epilepsy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal care and manual handling
- Medication and emergency seizure management
- Social interaction and play-based engagement
- Supporting quality of life while maintaining appropriate boundaries
A full Driving Licence with access to your own vehicle is essential for this role.
Unity Care Solutions provides complex clinical healthcare services to children and vulnerable adults within the comfort of their own homes.
You will work with a small number of our clients to provide dedicated and professional healthcare services.
Available shifts include:
- Days – Monday to Thursday – 15:00 to 20:00 and Friday 14:00 to 20:00
- Nights – Monday to Thursday – 20:00 to 08:00

To be successful, you will:
- Experience working with young adults, particularly those requiring behavioural support
- Experience with Seizure Management is essential
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly, patient, and professional with good boundary-setting
- Be able to commit to the minimum availability of shifts
- Hold the right to work in the UK. Please note that we are unable to offer VISA sponsorship.
- Hold a Full driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
