Position: Female Complex Night Care Worker
Type: (30 hours per week with additional overtime)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced, vocationally driven Female Contracted Night Care Worker who is based in Southampton area with the drive and flexibility to work across our current and pending packages as a contingency provision covering regular team member annual leave, sickness and as part of our clinical ‘bridging team’ where we have secured new contracts that require a recruit to order team built. As a Night Care Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our current clients during the night hours with their complex healthcare needs whilst ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being are maintained. This roll is recognised as an extension of our clinical case manager and operational team and offers successful candidate(s) the variety of working in a number of different practise settings to include homes, schools etc and significant professional development across the community care landscape.

Due to the nature of this role, we can only consider female applicants with a full UK driving licence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities for client.
  • Monitor residents throughout the night, ensuring their safety and responding to their needs.
  • Assist with mobility, positioning, and use of assistive devices.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of care provided.
  • Communicate effectively with the day staff to ensure continuity of care.
  • Follow care plans and protocols to deliver high-quality care.

Essential Skills:

  • 2 years experience working in community complex care.
  • At least 2 years experience working with children.
  • Tracheal Tube Management
  • Ventilation
  • Enteral Feeding
  • Epilepsy & Seizure Management
