About The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN or RCN) to provide 1:1 support for a sociable and engaging teenager with Dyskinetic Cerebral Palsy. You will deliver safe, person-centred care tailored to complex health needs in a relaxed home setting.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Personal care
- Manual handling
- Medication administration (including rescue medication)
- Use of nebulisers and suctioning
- Enteral (gastrostomy) feeding
- Supporting non-verbal communication
Unity Care Solutions provides complex clinical healthcare services to children and vulnerable adults within the comfort of their own homes.
You will work with a small number of our clients to provide dedicated and professional healthcare services. You will ideally have experience of working within community care.
Available shifts include
- Thursday, Friday and Sunday
- Day Shifts: Thursday 16:00 – 20:00, Friday 06:00 – 09:00 & 16:00 – 20:00 with alternate Sundays from 07:00 – 11:00

To be successful, you will:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children in a nursing capacity
- Confident in delivering complex clinical care
- Friendly, patient, and able to build rapport with a fun-loving individual
- Hold active and unrestricted registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council
- NMC-registered Nurse (RGN or RCN)
- Be able to commit to the minimum availability of shifts
- Hold the right to work in the UK. Please note that we are unable to offer VISA sponsorship.
