Hours of Work: Part Time, 24hrs pw, flexibility of days and times available

Work Location: Head Office, Goudhurst

Salary: £27,040 FTE (£16,224 pro rata) + quarterly bonus (OTE £17,521.92)

About The Role:

Due to a period of exciting growth, a fantastic opportunity has become available for a Finance Coordinator to join our Finance team within the Unity Care Solutions Head Office in Goudhurst, Kent.

This role will provide vital support to the Finance Manager, working with a network of stakeholders to ensure the financial nuances encountered within the care sector are captured and correctly processed.

Duties will include:

· Coordinating the sales ledger

· Supporting with all aspects of credit control

· Generating and processing sales invoices

· Providing administrative support to the Finance Manager

· Processing purchase ledger invoices

· Maintaining and updating systems, databases, and invoice files

· Liaising with stakeholders, including internal employees, customers, local authorities, contract holders, and commissioning entities

· Processing of orders and purchases for the business

· Handling telephone and email queries

About You

Whilst experience of working within the care sector would be an advantage, it is not essential.

What is essential, is that you can demonstrate a natural aptitude for numbers, a high level of accuracy, and a keen eye for detail. You may have gained these skills through working in similar positions, or through completion of relevant qualifications, e.g. the Level 2 or Level 3 AAT.

You will be as keen to help as you are keen to learn and will have a positive can-do attitude when working within the team.
