About The Role
We are seeking a confident and proactive Healthcare Assistant to provide 1:1 care for a non-mobile child requiring complex support including tracheostomy care, ventilation, enteral feeding, nebulisers, and oxygen therapy. The client enjoys watching TV, using an iPad, and engaging with stories through sounds and some words.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personal care and manual handling safely
- Manage tracheostomy, ventilators, oxygen, and nebuliser treatments
- Administer medication and support enteral feeding
- Communicate effectively and provide a calm, supportive environment
A full driving licence with access to your own vehicle is preferred but not essential for this role.
Unity Care Solutions provides complex clinical healthcare services to children and vulnerable adults within the comfort of their own homes.
You will work with a small number of our clients to provide dedicated and professional healthcare services.

- Days and Nights
- Weekdays
- Weekends
- Waking Nights

To be successful, you will:
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in complex care with tracheostomy knowledge is essential
- Confident, proactive, and good communication skills
- Ability to work 1:1 supporting a client with high-level needs
- Be able to commit to the minimum availability of shifts
- Hold the right to work in the UK. Please note that we are unable to offer VISA sponsorship.
