About The Role
We are seeking a confident and proactive Healthcare Assistant to support a teenager with complex care needs including tracheostomy care, seizure management, gastrostomy feeding and and oxygen therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and manual handling
- Support with tracheostomy care including suctioning and nebulisers
- Administer medication and emergency seizure medication
- Support enteral feeding and oxygen therapy according to care plans
- Communicate effectively with non-verbal client using appropriate methods
A full driving licence with access to your own vehicle is essential for this role due to a rural location.
Unity Care Solutions provides complex clinical healthcare services to children and vulnerable adults within the comfort of their own homes.
You will work with a small number of our clients to provide dedicated and professional healthcare services.

- Hold a full driving licence with access to your own vehicle
- Be able to commit to the minimum availability of shifts
