A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment and Compliance Co-ordinator to join our established head office team based at our Maidstone branch.

Unity Care Solutions provide round-the-clock care packages to support people including children, young people and adults who have long term health conditions to live in the comfort and safety of their own homes

Duties will include:

  • Telephone screen applicants who have applied via Indeed and other online platforms within a timely manner.
  • Provide effective in house recruitment across the company which will include developing/designing adverts, promoting current vacancies across a variety of platforms and overseeing the recruitment pipeline and compliance of applicants.
  • Complete administrative tasks in line with the company’s policies and procedures.
  • Monitor employee training and compliance across the company.
  • Assist management in the company social media accounts to ensure that we have an active and relevant online presence to encourage engagement from the local community, staff and client.
  • Maintain and organise company staff files ensuring all documentation is correct.

Salary will be £25,348.30 plus quarterly bonus (OTE £27,376.16) and other benefits including:
