Sussex Staff in Mind is a wellbeing support hub which is now open to care staff who work in Care Quality Commission-registered social care organisations in East Sussex.
It provides access to a confidential service for staff to discuss their mental wellbeing, receive support and/or help to access other mental health services.
You can opt for a wellbeing check; complete an online self-assessment or book an appointment to talk about your mental wellbeing. You can self-refer 24 hours, seven days a week.
Any records kept can only be accessed by the Sussex Staff in Mind team and are confidential.
