About The Role
We are seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants to work across our care packages in Southampton and the surrounding area to work regular day and/or night shifts!
Unity Care Solutions provides complex clinical healthcare services to children and vulnerable adults within the comfort of their own homes.
You will work with a number of our clients to provide dedicated and professional healthcare services.
Regular shifts of various lengths are available Monday to Sunday, up to 12 hours in duration. You will be required to commit to regular work to support our clients to access consistent and high-quality care.
Available shifts include:
- Day and Night shifts Monday to Sunday

To be successful, you will:
- Have at least two years’ experience of working in complex community care
- Be skilled in a range of complex interventions, such as tracheostomy care and suctioning / Epilepsy / PEG feeding etc
- Be able to commit to the minimum availability of hours per week
- Be flexible and willing to build relationships with a range of clients
- Hold a full driving license and access to your own vehicle
- Hold the right to work in the UK. Please note that we are unable to offer VISA sponsorship.
