About The Role
We are looking for Healthcare Assistants with experience in complex paediatric care to help this young infant come home from hospital.
Based in Thanington near Canterbury, you will provide specialist care and support, including with ventilation, suctioning, and enteral feeding.
Due to the complex care needs of this client, staff will access specialist training from hospital staff in London, with reasonable expenses paid.
Available shifts include
- Weekday night shifts
- Weekend night shifts
You will ideally be able to commit to a minimum of 2 shifts per week, and will have the opportunity to meet and work alongside other clients supported by the company.
About The Role
Unity Care Solutions provides complex clinical healthcare services to children and vulnerable adults within the comfort of their own homes.
You will work with a small number of our clients to provide dedicated and professional healthcare services.
Regular shifts of various lengths are available across the company Monday to Sunday, up to 12 hours in duration. You will be required to commit to regular work to support our clients to access consistent and high-quality care.

The client would particularly like to meet people who:
- Have at least one year’s experience of paediatric care, including knowledge of tracheostomy care, enteral feeding, and rescue medication.
- Are sensitive, compassionate, and nurturing
- Have a full UK Driving Licence, with access to a vehicle
- Are willing to travel to London for full training and client introductions
To be successful, you will:
- Have a minimum of one year’s experience of complex / paediatric care
- Be able to commit to the minimum availability of shifts
- Hold the right to work in the UK. Please note that we are unable to offer VISA sponsorship.
