About The Role
We are looking for football-loving friendly additions to this care team supporting a 27-year-old male with cerebral palsy, who lives at home with his family and pet cat.
Staff will support him at the family home, as well as at day services.
This client has a range of complex healthcare needs that require careful monitoring and intervention, including a tracheostomy, night-time ventilation and suctioning, nebulisation, enteral feeding, and oxygen administration. He loves listening to music, going to watch football matches, and visiting his friends.
Successful applicants will have at least one year’s experience in complex care, including experience in some clinical interventions although training can be provided for the right person.
Available shifts include:
- Wednesday & Friday day shifts
- Friday & Sunday night shifts
- Ad hoc respite hours available
You will ideally be able to commit to a minimum of 2 shifts per week, and will have the opportunity to meet and work alongside other clients supported by the company.
About The Role
Unity Care Solutions provides complex clinical healthcare services to children and vulnerable adults within the comfort of their own homes.
You will work with a small number of our clients to provide dedicated and professional healthcare services.
Regular shifts of various lengths are available across the company Monday to Sunday, up to 12 hours in duration. You will be required to commit to regular work to support our clients to access consistent and high-quality care.

The client would particularly like to meet people who:
- Have previous experience in tracheostomy and gastrostomy care
- Share similar interests and hobbies
- Have a full UK clean driving licence
- Have strong communication skills to build a friendly rapport with the client and his family
To be successful, you will:
- Have a minimum of 1 years’ experience of complex care
- Be able to commit to the minimum availability of shifts
- Hold the right to work in the UK. Please note that we are unable to offer VISA sponsorship.
