About The Role
We are looking for an engaging and playful person to join our team supporting our smiley 5-year-old client in Crawley.
The client has complex sensory needs, epilepsy, and a rare congenital syndrome that affects areas of the body and his overall development.
Healthcare Assistants will be required to provide support within the family home to assist with seizure management and emergency medication, as well as with personal care, enteral feeding, medication administration, and social and sensory play and communication.
Available shifts include
- Week day shifts Monday to Friday
- Periodic weekend shifts
You will ideally be able to commit to a minimum of 2 shifts per week, and will have the opportunity to meet and work alongside other clients supported by the company.
About The Role
Unity Care Solutions provides complex clinical healthcare services to children and vulnerable adults within the comfort of their own homes.
You will work with a small number of our clients to provide dedicated and professional healthcare services.
Regular shifts of various lengths are available across the company Monday to Sunday, up to 12 hours in duration. You will be required to commit to regular work to support our clients to access consistent and high-quality care.

The client would particularly like to meet people who:
- Have experience of complex sensory, communication, and behavioural needs
- Have experience with epilepsy and seizure management
- A clean driving licence
- Female
- Are experienced with complex paediatric care
To be successful, you will:
- Have a minimum of 1 year’s experience of complex paediatric care
- Be able to commit to the minimum availability of shifts
- Hold the right to work in the UK. Please note that we are unable to offer VISA sponsorship.
