About The Role
We are looking for friendly and professional Healthcare Assistants, with experience in caring for young adults, to support our 19-year-old client to attend college and have a high quality of life at home.
This client will be supported to pursue her hobbies, including swimming, music, and arts and crafts, whilst also caring for her complex care needs, including cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and global development delay. She requires full mobility support and medication administration.
Successful applicants will have at least one year’s experience in complex young adult care, ideally within community care settings, and will build a strong and trusted relationship with the client and her family.
Available shifts include:
- Weekday day & night shifts
You will ideally be able to commit to a minimum of 2 shifts per week, and will have the opportunity to meet and work alongside other clients supported by the company.
About The Role
Unity Care Solutions provides complex clinical healthcare services to children and vulnerable adults within the comfort of their own homes.
You will work with a small number of our clients to provide dedicated and professional healthcare services.
Regular shifts of various lengths are available across the company Monday to Sunday, up to 12 hours in duration. You will be required to commit to regular work to support our clients to access consistent and high-quality care.

The client would particularly like to meet people who:
- Have a good understanding of clinical interventions
- Are friendly and have strong communication skills
- Are female
- Have a full UK clean driving licence
- Have at least one year’s experience of complex care
To be successful, you will:
- Have a minimum of 1 years’ experience of complex care
- Be able to commit to the minimum availability of shifts
- Hold the right to work in the UK. Please note that we are unable to offer VISA sponsorship.
