About The Role
We are looking for chatty and playful Healthcare Assistants to join this client’s team of care staff at his family home in Southampton.
This client is highly dependent on his care staff due to a rare neurological condition. He requires support with all day-to-day care needs including gastrostomy care, seizure management, personal care, manual handling, and medication administration, as well as with a range of complex interventions.
Successful applicants will have relevant community care experience, particularly in oxygen therapies and enteral feeding.
Available shifts include:
- Weekday shifts
- 1 night shift per week
You will ideally be able to commit to a minimum of 2 shifts per week, and will have the opportunity to meet and work alongside other clients supported by the company.
About The Role
Unity Care Solutions provides complex clinical healthcare services to children and vulnerable adults within the comfort of their own homes.
You will work with a small number of our clients to provide dedicated and professional healthcare services.
Regular shifts of various lengths are available across the company Monday to Sunday, up to 12 hours in duration. You will be required to commit to regular work to support our clients to access consistent and high-quality care.

The client would particularly like to meet people who:
- Have previous experience in tracheostomy and gastrostomy care
- Are playful and engaging with the client and his family
- Be female
- Ideally have a full UK clean driving licence
To be successful, you will:
- Have a minimum of 1 years’ experience of complex care
- Be able to commit to the minimum availability of shifts
- Hold the right to work in the UK. Please note that we are unable to offer VISA sponsorship.
