About The Role
We are looking for a Healthcare Assistant to work with our 25 year old client.
We are seeking a kind and compassionate bubbly individual to join in with all the fun activities our client enjoys doing.
Successful applicants will be required to support her with a range of healthcare needs including Quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy, Hypertonia, Cortical Visual Impairment and Nystagmus, Epilepsy and Dysphagia.
We are particularly interested in hearing from people with experience in one or more of the following:
- Personal Care
- Manual Handling
- Administering Medication
- Seizure Management
- Social Interaction/Play
- Non Verbal Communication
- Challenging Behaviour

About You
Whilst you may not have experience in all of the above care skills, experience in supporting complex healthcare is necessary. You will be able to demonstrate a caring and compassionate approach towards others, and a natural ability to build positive relationships with those around you.
You will be committed to working in the best interests of the individual(s) you are supporting, diligently working to maintain their health, safety, and wellbeing in accordance with the prescribed needs in their care plans.
A full UK driving licence is required for this vacancy.
