About The Role
We are looking for experienced complex healthcare assistants in Southampton to support a 4 year old female client at School. Experience with paediatrics and tracheostomy’s is desired and successful applicants will need to be recruited by August so that all training can be completed and there is time for the client to bond with you before she starts her new school in September.
We are particularly interested in hearing from people with experience in one or more of the following:
· Tracheostomy management
· Deep suctioning
· Manual handling
· Personal care
· Medication administration
· Other advanced medical conditions

About You
We are looking for an experience health care assistants who is experienced in complex care, who can demonstrate a caring and compassionate approach towards others, and a natural ability to build positive relationships with those around you.
You will be committed to working in the best interests of the individual(s) you are supporting, diligently working to maintain their health, safety, and wellbeing in accordance with the prescribed needs in their care plans.
Whilst not essential, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be an advantage.

We are required to obtain an Enhanced DBS as part of your application, therefore disclosure of any relevant convictions during the application process is necessary.
