THE ROLE
We are currently seeking dedicated Complex Health Care Assistants to join our team in Gosport and Southampton, supporting a 7-year-old paediatric client with complex health needs during the night. The role involves providing care to a child with a tracheostomy, gastrostomy feeding, regular medication administration, and assistance with personal care and manual handling.
Additionally, we are expanding our team of complex care workers, transitioning to an a 2:1 HCA team. This will be a term-time-only position, with shifts beginning and ending at the school. Experience with tracheal tubes is essential, although full training is provided for those with tracheostomy awareness.

Available shifts-
Monday-Friday 09:00-15:00 term time only to support and finish at school.
Thursday, Friday Saturday Nights 21:00-07:30
Pay rate- £15.50 – £17.00 per hour
Please note that Unity Care Solutions offer zero-hour contracts with flexible hours, subject to availability at the start of your employment. You may also have access to a range of shifts and alternate locations.
WE’D LIKE TO SPEAK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE
- Experience as a Complex Health Care Assistant in a similar role.
- Understanding of CQC and legislation concerned with care provision.
- A full driving Licence.
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (NVQ Level 3 desirable)
