Role: Female Complex Healthcare Assistant
Location of care package: Bishops Sutton
Hourly pay rate: £15.50-£17.00
Shifts available: Term time days – Monday-Friday 08:30-15:30 (You will be working along side another HCA)
Term time nights – Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 20:00-08:00

The job role:
We are looking for experienced Healthcare Assistants to provide support for our 6-year-old male client during the week and through the night, who has complex healthcare needs. He has severe quadriplegic cerebral palsy and requires 2:1 care for all hoisting activities. His condition also includes dystonia, seizures, an unsafe swallow, and significant issues with secretions that require frequent suctioning. He is fed via gastrostomy and is unable to communicate verbally or use communication aids.
