About The Role
We are looking for a confident and engaging Healthcare Assistant to support a teenager with complex care needs including cerebral palsy, scoliosis, epilepsy, VP shunt, limited mobility, enteral feeding, non-invasive ventilation, suctioning, medication administration, and seizure management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and manual handling
- Manage enteral feeding and suctioning (including past the back teeth)
- Administer medication and manage seizures
- Support non-invasive ventilation and moving & handling
- Engage in sensory play and interactive communication
A full driving licence with access to your own vehicle is essential for this role due to location.
Unity Care Solutions provides complex clinical healthcare services to children and vulnerable adults within the comfort of their own homes.
You will work with a small number of our clients to provide dedicated and professional healthcare services.
Available shifts include:
- Nights from 19:00 to 06:00
- Monday to Saturday

To be successful, you will:
- Minimum 1 year experience in complex care with suctioning experience essential
- Honest, confident, and proactive in client engagement
- Hold a full driving licence with access to your own vehicle
- Be able to commit to the minimum availability of shifts
- Hold the right to work in the UK. Please note that we are unable to offer VISA sponsorship.
