Once we have identified staff members that we feel would be right for you, we will arrange a ‘meet & greet’ visit with each of them. This will give you the opportunity to put a face to a name and start getting to know each other. We will then discuss this visit with you to gain feedback and will also speak with the staff members also. We feel it is important that the matching process is right for both the client and the staff member from the start to ensure a positive and professional relationship is built based on the right foundations.
