Unity Care Solutions knows how important it is to keep our staff, clients and their families informed and up-to-date with information including government guidance and local policies that may affect the care we deliver. During the COVID-19 pandemic, these updates and changes in guidance were more important than ever and it became critical that we were able to share the right information in a timely manner with a focus on the key areas that may particularly affect our workforce and families we support. As a result, we started to produce a weekly newsletter called ‘Nice to Know’ which pulls all the critical information into one place and providing easy access to the links with a summary of what each article is regarding.
